It's a super helpful resource that will keep the key to-dos for your event in one spot. That way you can stay focused on bringing the vision for your event to reality!
🎉 River
You should use River for everything event related - it'll make your life so much easier, from creating the page to check-ins when people arrive.
- 📝 Event pages:
- ✉️ Guest Approval
- 🤝 Collaborate
If your event is a global event, like a Solana Ecosystem Call, please ensure the branding and content of the event page is consistent with the other event pages. If you need a cover image for your location, please reach out to Chris to coordinate this. If you are planning your own custom Superteam event, you will be responsible for handling the banner and content on your event page.
To ensure high-quality attendance and meaningful interactions, you must use an approval-based entry system. You can use a River form to collect relevant information about the guests and approve their registrations accordingly.
Reach out to your local Superteam, Solana projects or community members to support or attend your event.
Superteam is growing around the world. If there’s a Superteam near you, it’s a great idea to connect with them! You should join their Discord and post a message to the general community about your event. You should also reach out to the Superteam lead to inform them of the event and invite them to participate and promote it.
Here’s an example template you can use or revise as appropriate, to send as a cold DM:
I'm organising an event in [City] on behalf of Superteam. We're inviting folks to get involved – help us host, come speak about your Solana project or experiences, or simply attend and join the fun.
